Bender & Kid was involved in all facets of the construction of Scarborough Town Orthodontics; including but not limited to: space planning and design; building and x-ray permits; detailed construction drawings; clinic construction. The project involved building a 3500 sq. foot orthodontic office in a large regional mall. As such there were many unusual demands placed by the landlord which Alan and Jeremy were able to successfully navigate.
This was my third, and most complicated, major office project. Bender & Kid is by far the best outfit I have worked with. The trades were skilled, prompt and pleasant. Alan and Jeremy kept me updated on the progress and made no “empty promises”. When the inevitable problems arose they were very diligent in getting them solved. Should the opportunity arise I would gladly work with them again.
